We also have the 3rd lowest property taxes for all Minnesota counties.

Washington County was the fifth-fastest growing county in Minnesota from 2010 to 2020. In fact, its population grew from 2020 to 2021 due to a natural increase in residents and a positive net in-migration. That population is forecasted to increase by nearly 6% by 2033.
