Washington County is part of the Minnesota Technology Corridor and it has thousands of undeveloped lands on the interstate that already has broadband and utility access. The Twin Cities region is one of the largest and fastest-growing tech regions in the country. Washington County located just a few miles for the Twin Cities is the perfect place for tech companies to locate to due to available land, high speed broadband, low energy rates, and convenient interstate access.
In addition, Washington County is the 3rd fastest growing county in the state of Minnesota and is projected to continue to grow. In return, Washington County will continue to invest in infrastructure.
