Today is hype-level 11. The list of the moment is: All the new foods at the 2022 Minnesota State Fair!
The buzzy joy and anticipation of a summer stroll through the fairgrounds whilst eating all the freshly fried snacks is, perhaps, worth a little hype. We've been wondering how this year's list will be different from last year's more abbreviated experience. Will we find more innovation or more safe bets? Does the official list lean into stunt food? Or will it play to a wider palate? Can it please not exceed 50 things?
